This is a special fundraiser to establish a permanent, regional, state-of- the-art Ski History and 1960 Olympic Ski Museum.
The awards are presented to book authors, journalists, filmmakers, academicians, website developers, and other media publishers.
Meet Peter Shelton, the 2018 Ullr award winning author, by attending a book signing for “Tracks in the Snow”. Ullr Award: Presented for a single outstanding contribution or several contributions to skiing’s historical record in published book form.
The event will be a fundraiser for the new Olympic and Winter Sports Heritage Museum slated for construction at the entrance of Squaw Valley Road. A percentage of book sales proceeds goes directly to the Museum Foundation.
